In what has turned out to be an awesome Christmas season for Jessica Simpson, it has just been announced that she will in fact continue to work with Weight Watchers in spite of her second pregnancy in less than a year (her daughter Marshall was born in May).
In a just released ad for the program, the singer shares the news of her extended family (in case the Twitter pic didn’t express it enough for anyone) and hawks their new “360″ program.
Weight Watchers calls Jessica’s weight loss “successful” — notwithstanding the proof of performance ad shows Jessica substantially covered in a flannel shirt.
As for the future, Weight Watchers says Jessica “will not be following the program during the pregnancy while her weight and well-being are monitored by her obstetrician.”
Looks like she’s definitely going to have to work for that endorsement deal and apparently plans to: she says once she gives birth, she will go back to losing weight with the company.
