So, you’re not really a sports fan and yet, you’re somehow being dragged to a Superbowl party — well, if Beyoncé (and a possibility of Destiny’s Child) isn’t enough for you, maybe we need to hit a different key of interest.
How about Alicia? Yep, I went there.
The amazing Ms. Keys will be performing the National Anthem at the big game on February 3, marking her third appearance at football’s biggest night (which also marks a record of the most appearances at the game).
She joins a grand standing list of past performers including Kelly Clarkson, Whitney Houston, Cher, Mariah Carey and many more.
Check out a preview of the beautiful sound you’ll all be hearing via her performance at President Obama’s inauguration ball this past Monday, where she changed the words of her hit song, “Girl on Fire” to fit the occasion.
