In spite of every reason on Earth not to, Lindsay Lohan continues her way on the hot path mess of life and manages to steer clear of most ramifications of the law.
This time around, she was supposed to appear in a New York City courtroom to answers to the charges of the fight she got into with a self-proclaimed psychic back in November, but not only was she absent — the proceedings were delayed.
“The investigation into this case is ongoing”, specified the prosecutors in the case of LiLo punching a fellow club patron when she claimed she was crowding her space that fateful evening.
Attorney Mark Heller — who says he’s representing Linds — was there and claims she’s “a victim of someone trying to capture their 15 minutes of fame.”
And what is his client famous for nowadays? Lying to police? Partying with a boyband? Get this damn girl off the streets already!
