Unchaining “Django” For A Second Time

"Django Unchained" Berlin Photocall

If there’s one thing Quentin Tarantino seems to like, it’s controversy — and he damn sure got a lot of it for the now Oscar winning flick, Django Unchained.

Seriously — the instances of people getting upset about the (over)use of the n-word and the whole bout of making slavery into an action film had loads of tongues wagging.

Hell, even toys based on characters from the movie caused some issues.

So of course, it would make perfect sense for him to make a sequel, right?

Well, seems like Kerry Washington, who played Broomhilda in the movie, thinks it’s a possibility.

“That would be super fun, wouldn’t it”, she questioned at the Oscars. “There has been a little bit of talk but I don’t know where Quentin is on it. He’s always got so many pots on the stove. But I do kind of want to see what happens after [Broomhilda] pulls that gun out. She’s pretty amazing.”

Um…. I think they should seriously reconsider this.
