This Judge Is Having None Of Your Crap

Let this be a lesson to certain celebrities: sometimes, your mouth writes a check that your ass can’t cash. Literally.

A young girl from Florida named Penelope Soto found that out the hard way when she was recently arrested and charged for possession of prescription drugs, namely Xanax.

The 18-year-old was picked up on Monday when she says she crashed her bike after being high on the pill.

And apparently, she was still on something when she made her way in front of Judge Jorge Rodriguez-Chomat, as she was giggly and made light of the situation the entire time.

When asked whether or not she had any property of monetary value, she responded that she had a “lot of jewelry” that costs “Rick Ross”.

Yeah, I don’t get it, either.

It got worse when she was given a $5000 bond and she walked away with a smile on her face, throwing back a playful “Adios” at Rodriguez-Chomat.

Except he wasn’t in the mood to play. He ordered her back to the stand and doubled her bond.

“Are you serious”, she asked.

“I am serious”, he answered. “Adios!”

And then as she walked away, she stuck her middle finger up at him and through out a “f*ck you” for good measure.

Let’s just say she now has 30 days to realize why that was a really bad thing to do — oh, and did we mention it was all caught on video?
