One person thinks that Cissy Houston’s memoir regarding her daughter’s troubled life is not needed — and it’s her own granddaughter.
Whitney’s only child, Bobbi Kristina Brown shared her outrage regarding Cissy’s book, Remembering Whitney that was released this week, jumping onto her Twitter and asking her followers not to pay mind to the elder Houston or her written words.
“Anything concerning my grandmother’s book, I and @nickgordon of course personally have nothing to with.”
She continues, “I haven’t read and won’t … I find it to be disrespectful to my mother and me being her daughter won’t tolerate it.”
Of course, this is the same book where she called her beloved daughter a cow a “heifer” and said that she was unsure on whether or not she was in a lesbian relationship — but definitely gave the impression that she wasn’t too keen on Whitney loving the girls.
Cissy apparently knew this was coming — during her Oprah interview, she said that Bobbi wasn’t cool with her releasing the tell-all and that their relationship is “strained”.
And obviously, that won’t be changing anytime soon.
