Justin Timberlake Punks Out Again

19th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards - Arrivals

Guess someone’s still hung up on things that happened more than a decade ago.

While performing over the weekend at a pre-Super Bowl bash, Justin Timberlake was in the middle of a set when he decided to intro his infamous song, “Cry Me A River” with some harsh words which many felt were pointed toward his ex, Britney Spears.

“Sometimes in life, you think you found the one,” Timberlake told the audience, “but then one day you find out that she is just some bitch.”

Now everyone remembers that the video of the track felt like a re-telling of the twosome’s break-up back in the day with claims that Britney had cheated on him (even Britney somewhat backed this up when she said in an interview because of her status, she had the power to “block” the video from airing — but allowed it to go on uncensored).

With this weekend’s comments, B-Girl’s fans obviously weren’t having that and just as quickly as the story came to light, Justin took to his Twitter to attempt to clean up the mess.

“Ok. I see you”, he wrote. “Wouldn’t disrespect ANYONE personally. Ever. #Relax #ItsBritneyBitch I do love that saying though*with accent* #Respect”

Oh, yeah, he wouldn’t disrespect Britney — except that one time… and that other time.

But I’m sure he wouldn’t throw any other females under the bus — oh, yeah; except that one time.
