Michael Jackson’s Kids Are Expensive

"Michael Jackson Immortalized" Hand and Footprint Ceremony in Hollywood on January 26, 2012

Sometimes doing the right thing costs a lot more than you realize.

Michael Jackson’s nephew TJ is currently still a co-guardian to the late gloved one’s 3 kids while taking care of his own 3 children and wife and is asking Michael’s estate to help him out a bit before his funds become depleted, which is kind of amazing considering he’s never asked for a dime beforehand (he’s been doing this since last July when all of that craziness started to go on).

That’s right, y’all: there’s an honorable member of that family after all.

The Executors filed legal docs — obtained by TMZ — in which they say TJ has been extremely devoted to Paris, Prince and Blanket since MJ’s death.  TJ — who is now a co-guardian along with Katherine Jackson — spends 40 hours a week caring for the 3 kids.

The Executors are asking the judge to allow them to pay TJ $9,000 a month, retroactive to July.  They add, the way it’s going now, TJ may not be able to continue, so compensation is essential.

Why he wasn’t offered before baffles the mind but not really.
